2019 | AirHelp Germany Headquarter
As fast growing start-up, AirHelp relocated its Headquarter into a former Carpenter Factory in the scene district of Berlin-Friedrichshain. The client requested a space where people could meet, feel comfortable and work. A flexible working space where the distance between people can be modulate in order to respond to the multitude of uses: working area, concentrating, meetings, coffee breaks, lunches and parties.
The lines between work, life, and community are blurring, and the office should be designed to reflect these new realities. People are most productive when they are healthy, inspired, motivated, and valued, but not when they are stressed. The modern workplace is all about the employee experience. The workplace provided unassigned seating combined with a multitude of different environments for every need and personality.
We design an environment for the employees to work alone, then together and provide a variety of experiences with the intention to improve their life at work. The space has been divided in 2 distinct areas define social and focus. Social is where all collaborations and interactions take place. Focus is a (cloistered) cocoon area where employees work alone.

SOCIAL WORK AREA
The building layout has a T-Shape and deep rooms, so we took advantage of the double exposition site to leave the light penetrate until the middle area.
Two large meeting room are separating the socialize area from the focus room, in which the wood and plants jungle are creating a small oasis of peace.DEEP WORK AREA
The quite area of the “office “ – home like environment – is a quite zone design to invite individual flow and focus.
More personal, it is favorable for concentration and achievement, wood flooring, soft fabric, plants and lot of lights complete and gives a sensation of isolation acoustically as well as visually.SOCIAL AREA
The area of the “office” – Coffee Shop like environment – is thought to be comfortable and recreate vibrant common known space being socially active stimulating the creativity, collaboration and builds community.
KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR
Due to the really short time given between knowing the company culture and background and to design the space, we could not relay on industrial furniture companies, which give mostly a 90 days delivery.
We decided to proceed, as we already did before, with the customization and we quickly realized a furniture booklet to be developed in collaboration with the artisans. Our pieces create flexible spaces. The design is made to be composed, decomposed and even dismantled when required.
The space are partly define and leave freedom to different modality of use. We were really proud to see that the space has revealed a good adaption and successful flexibility also in most extreme need as for instance the Covid 19 pandemic period.AUDITORIUM

2016 | Gravity Marble Project “Z” Series Table
From a single flat 3cm marble sheet to 3 dimensional dinning table
The Gravity Project is a research of a glue and screw free connections, embedding the top and leg plates, while the gravity weight of the material itself increases the overall stability of the entire structure.
“Z” Marble Table series is the continuity and optimization of the “M” Marble series, reducing the weight and the elements to a single material thickness. The connection is solved by an elegant cross double embedded connection and the continuity between the hole created on the top plate and the flank surface of its leg.
A system envisaged in various different forms, sizes and various tables combination, with a common standardized special embedding.
Technical data and variants
Tables with various different finishes, configurations and heights made of white Carrara, Calacatta marble, grey Carnic marble, grey Bardiglio marble or green Guatemala marble.

2013 | V20 Apartments House / Berlin-Mitte
[..]
A new ensemble of 3546 sqm composed of a front building, side wing and rear building will be erected facing the Weinsbergpark, prefered urban parc in Berlin Mitte. The front facade rythmed with balconies and large bay windows have been design to screen the view and protection from the direct sun light (South facade).

2010 | Loft / Berlin / Germany
The Loft is 280 sqm (3000ft) and occupies two storeys in a former factory. The “open room” concept acknowledges the loft character. A central “Service Box” with integrated sliding doors allows the loft to be subdivided without the need for conventional hallways or rooms. The zones “living” and “sleeping/bathing” can be alternately opened or closed.
Our design idea was to capt the existing multi-directional natural light exposure of an open space by giving to all resulting “rooms” all day long the benefice of it.

2010 | Théatre de Chambre Grand Opening / France
The Théatre de Chambre is a theater compagnie of the north of France – Aulnoye-Aymeries – which after more than 20 years of temporary space location will open its own “Theater” or less better say “lieu de creation”!
We were invited by the artistic Director Christophe Piret after having the idea with his Producteur Pierre Laly to organize a low-budget” Berliner Bar” under the repetition room. With about a tausend euro budget, we had to find furnitures, lampes and materials in order to bring this post-industrial space as a more cosy Place where people will like to stay…

2009 | Questa é Palma / Campania / Italy
> italiano
The design of the large urban space, left by the imprint of a football-field and a large parking area, becomes an opportunity to make a reflection on the whole town, aiming at a general urban redevelopment. The project moves from an interpretation of the place at a large scale: the orthography, the urban morphology, the relations between historical and modern town, between public and private areas and empty and built spaces.
At a smaller scale, it investigates and interprets those recurring urban “materials” that have given the town its physical form over the time and have constructed its present image (ramps, passages, private gardens, walls and continuous building fronts). Three functional strips can be identified: the system auditorium-public square, at the level of the historical town, connected with its monumental and civic axis, the museum and its garden at a middle level, and the large urban park, housing leisure and sport activities, beside the new commercial spaces and sport facilities.

2009 | Interaktywne Centrum Historii, Ostrawa Tumskiego / Poznan / Poland
> Tekst w języku polskim [..]
The building is formally connected with a bridge – a new venue for meetings, reflections and views of Ostrow and środka. The bridge refers metaphorically to the original function of the lock – engaging and disengaging, and flowing from the people and information.
Our urban basic idea was to design the center along the axis between the Western and Eastern, today only symbolically, the existing site of the former sluice with a view to the importance of the “flowing through highlight” of people and events in the past and the place a to give new meaning in the present and the future.

2009 | upto35 Student Housing in Athens / Greece
> texte en francais [..]
Student life at Marathonos 34 is concieved around a modular composition which can be inserted into the long and narrow urban space of this ancient Athenian area. Circulations and outdoor living spaces that hug the building to the limits parcel constitute fully the volume of the building. The living units are seeking the depth of field, fostering openings and development of an effective interface that spread spaces to be annexed by related student groups to self-manage the site. These semi covered outdoor spaces characterize use of utilities that shares the independence of the street and the quiet of an interior. The flexibility of uses a part of these interfaces to allow multiple students to develop in places convenient for their age, family situation, or their financial resources. The collective spaces evolve according to the migrations of the students and open onto passageways and terraces which are gradually associated.

WOST: a carving out of autonomous space, an enclave of immunity that liberates enough from the conditions of control to serve as a starting point. A free zone, temporarily inserted into the ever-shifting center of the city. The strip of land that was once a no-man’s-land, with it’s accompanying “ghost station” (Nordbahnhof), is recaptured and occupied. A site of former terror becomes a new “spot of power”, completely independent from Germany and from the E.U.
